CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel an appointment, please let me know as soon as you can. I will charge 50% of the original amount if the session is cancelled within 24 hours of the time of the session. If the cancelled session is rearranged, there will be no charge.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Contraindications:
Shiatsu and Ear Acupuncture are safe and supportive therapies; however there are some acupressure points that are to be avoided while pregnant or if you have high/low blood pressure. This information is picked up during the initial consultation.

Covid Safety Measures:
According to the Covid-19 safety guidelines, I will thoroughly sanitise the massage table and room before each treatment. Upon arrival, I will do a temperature check, and ask you to complete a Covid Track and Trace form. I will ask you to sanitise your hands and to wear a mask. I will also wear a mask throughout the treatment.
